This years plans are simple, but I'm sure we will stay busy. We have a small garden to tend to and I so look forward to the Saturday morning Farmers market. My mother-in law will be joining me this week. :-)

This summer's going to be a scorcher! So I plan to do my gardening in the early mornings before the heat can fry me, and take the kids swimming in the evenings as much as possible. Afternoons will probably be mostly about eating ice cream near the fans indoors! :0)

My daughter is getting married June 21st so that's been keeping me busy. My son and daughter-in-law are having my first grandson, James Calvin (JC) due August 20th. In between all that; plenty of gardening and escaping to the Colorado Rocky Mountains as often as possible! =)

Trying my hand at growing WHATEVER I can! So far my pineapples are doing great. Unfortunately my baby jade and aloe vera had a horrible run in with my kitty.

I don't know that it's fabulous but I will be working on my garden all summer and my new house. I can't wait to move in and start harvesting my garden bounty. It's the biggest garden I've ever had and it still isn't big enough.

I have a very busy summer this year with my grandkids and kids. In June we are going on our annual week to the beach in NC. In July we are celebrating my daughters 30th birthday by going to Pittsburgh, PA to have a family reunion with all her cousins (and their parents-my inlaws along with her only remaining grandparent). Then in August there is a trip to Fl to visit the grandkids Pap, whose job has taken him there and also their first visit to Disney!! That Herbal Remedy kit sure would be handy!!
